Just rambling

Oooo-kay.... so today's SE chat was very quiet.... no one wanted to chat. Hmm. Well, hopefully they were busy scrapping.
omg... madison knocked my ehd onto the floor this afternoon and I just about had a freaking cow! Everything is fine, thank God, but I need to back up tomorrow to be safe.
Okay, so here is the layout I did with this week's SE freebies.

The fonts I used were upirpaw, jayne print, and pharmacy (for the huge K) All the elements and papers are by me!

And... here is a layout I did with a photo of Madison at 10 months.

I used Fernlili's Left Shoe freebie. Which... shame on the peope who pirated it! Ugh! That makes me so mad! Font is upirpaw... if you can't tell, it has become a favorite of mine! Sketch is by Maria LaFrance at the sahm chat at Scrapmommies. I love how it came out! Okay... I really should get to bed! Good Night!

Little Colts Princess!

Little Star kit by Traci Reed (recolored)stitching, star doodle border by Angie Briggsstitched corner by Sarah Batdorfprincess doodle, crown doodle (altered) from Ginger Thibodeau's Princess Doodles
fonts: oldtown, porcelain, horsedings

This was done for the unfinished sketch challenge at Traci Reed's blog. Such a fun challenge! She does the most awesome sketches... I love everything I have ever made from one!

DH finally got my iMac hooked up downstairs for me to design with. It is sooo weird! I have the most trouble with no right clicker on the mouse. It is a faster machine than my laptop, though, so I suppose I will get used to it. I'm working on this week's Special Edition kit on it... we'll see how it comes out!

So Pretty!

I love the flowers in this kit! This photo was taken last year in Madison... so it is Madison in Madison! Ha!

Figuring this out...

I'm still working on refreshing my knowledge of html. It has been several years since I have even thought about it! LOL! Notice, I have actually added a litle about me to the side, and even a few links! Woohoo! :)

Flower Power!

This is a recent layout done with some older photos of Madison. I used Ginger Thibodeau's weekly sketch... she is getting me more fond of rectangles every day! :) I used Nikki Beaudreau's Spring Is in the Air kit... which I love! It was the freebie kit for completing all the challenges for the first 1/2 of March at ScrapMommies.

Okay... I am so going to bed now! I will figure all this out later!

Okay.. I am totally new to this!

I have my "normal" blog on Yahoo... pretty basic. I wanted to make a mostly scrapping related blog on here... we'll see how it goes. Hopefully I can get this guy all personalized and stuff! :)
