I am a stay at home mom of a sweet little girl and her little baby brother! Madison was born in July 2004, and my life hasn't been the same ever since. I love staying home with her and Jonah and watching them change a little more with each day!

The Big Wheel

This is a new layout done by me from when we went to the fire station for a field trip. Madison was so impressed to get to sit up at the big wheel! :) This kit is pretty boyish, but when your girl loves fire trucks... it works for her too! :)

Oops!

I just realized that I flaked it for 2 weeks! We had Madison's 2nd birthday party on the 15th and we went to the zoo for her birthday on the 18th! Here are some more birthday layouts!

It was actually a Dora cake that we had, but when I opened up the little figurines to put on the cake, Madison said, "I need those!" Who was I to deny her at her own birthday party? :)

My layout for tomorrow's chat

At the second fireworks show of the year we went to, Madison was more interested in playing with her dinosaurs than watching the fireworks.

*whimper*

I know I am just being a big fat baby... but it hurts!!!! I have been through 2 rounds of antibiotics and nothing. Nada. I think it isn't a bladder infection as originally thought. Seriously... I have been up since 7am. I rarely get up before 9 or 10, so that should tell you how much it hurts! I can't sleep! *sniff* I'm just waiting (not so) patiently for a call back from my MD.

Anyway, here is my newest layout! Maddie loves the fireworks!

After seeing the fireworks Saturday night Madison said she wanted to see them again. We told her she would see more fireworks on Tuesday. Several times a day after that she kept asking, "See fireworks Tuesday?"

I am a bad bad blogger!

LOL! I have a personal blog, and I am bad at keeping it up too... ack! My daughter turns 2 in less than 2 weeks! I can't believe it! *sniff* My lil girl is growing up. She was so cute at the fireworks, though! We went to 2 different shows... one on Saturday and one on Tuesday. This is a layout I did of her trying to "catch" the fireworks at Saturday's show.

Today is Special Edition Day at The Daily Scrap! This week's kit was made using LC Potts Independence Day doodles from TDS.

This week's inspiration:

Finally, my layout! This is also for the inspiration challenge at ScrapMommies! Woohoo, double duty, lol! I was snapping photos of Madison in her 4th of July dress... I thought her smile here was so cute! Too bad her eyes were closed, lol!
